Biography
Saber Babaei was a 24-year-old from Nashtarud who was killed in Shahsavar, Mazandaran, during the Lion and Sun revolutionary wave. On January 8, 2026, he died after being shot in the head by security forces using live ammunition. He is remembered as a martyr of the Iranian protest movement.
صابر بابایی، جوان ۲۴ ساله اهل نشتارود، در جریان خیزش انقلابی در شهسوار (تنکابن) استان مازندران جان باخت. وی در ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای امنیتی به سرش با استفاده از گلوله جنگی کشته شد. نام او به عنوان جاویدنام راه آزادی در تاریخ اعتراضات ایران ثبت شده است.
